The match between Onsala BK and Mariebo IK in Division 1 Mellersta Götaland, women, at Rydets IP A artificial grass field kicked off on Saturday afternoon in front of an audience of 91 people.

It was Onsala BK that took the lead after only 11 minutes when Mikaela Utas headed the ball in to make it 1-0. However, Mariebo IK quickly equalized with a penalty kick by Rahwa Mehari Solomun in the 28th minute.

In the second half, Onsala BK created more goal-scoring opportunities, and it didn't take long before they regained the lead. Nakisa Gordani Shahri scored to make it 2-1 in the 53rd minute and then increased the lead to 3-1 in the 59th minute.

Mariebo IK tried to come back into the match by making some substitutions but failed to score again. Instead, it was Onsala BK that held off and secured three important points.

Referee Jesper Altergren officiated the match, assisted by Kazem Nejati and Mohammed Mohammadi. After an intense match, Onsala BK was able to celebrate the victory and move up the table, while Mariebo IK will aim for their next match to seek redemption.
