IS Halmia secured a convincing victory against Qviding FIF on Valhalla 1 Artificial Turf in Division 1 Mellersta Götaland for women. Just four minutes into the match, Sandra Holm got involved and scored 0-1 for the visitors. Qviding tried to respond but were instead punished when they scored an own goal after 14 minutes, giving IS Halmia a 0-2 lead.

Sofia Voldby was quick to join in, making it 0-3 for the guests while Qviding attempted to regain their footing in the match. In the 28th minute, Qviding received a warning after Amna Lihovic was shown a yellow card, which did not help the team find their rhythm. Just before halftime, Isa Rönneblad scored with a header, extending the lead to 0-4 for the visitors.

At halftime, Qviding tried to make changes to get back into the game, making two substitutions by bringing in Elin Fahlgren for Amna Lihovic and Axelia Hansson for Felicia Escobar Särnbratt. IS Halmia also substituted two players, Evelina Brag for Elin Hansson and Tuva Persson for Sofia Voldby.

Despite these changes, neither team could find the back of the net in the second half, and the match ended with a convincing victory for IS Halmia. Even though Qviding tried to organize their play, they could not penetrate IS Halmia's solid defense.
