The match between Onsala BK and IF Eksjö Fotboll at Rydets IP A artificial turf provided an entertaining afternoon for the 75 spectators who had gathered. Referee Elin Kängström took charge, and the match started intensely.
In the 13th minute, the home team took the lead through Ellinor Jonsson, but IF Eksjö Fotboll quickly responded and equalized through Mira Ellbring in the 24th minute. However, Onsala BK reclaimed the lead just three minutes later when Linn Mörfeldt scored to make it 2-1.
It didn't take long for Onsala BK to extend their lead, this time through Ida Cederberg in the 37th minute. The halftime score was thus 3-1 in favor of the home team.
In the second half, Onsala BK came out stronger and received a penalty, which Ellinor Jonsson expertly converted to score her second goal of the day in the 54th minute. IF Eksjö Fotboll tried to get back into the match with a substitution, but it didn't help, and instead, Onsala extended their lead to 5-1 through Bianca Lundén in the 77th minute.
However, IF Eksjö Fotboll did not give up and managed to reduce the deficit through Josefin Holmström in the 90th minute. The match ended 5-2 in favor of Onsala BK.
