Everyone was pumped as the match started, and just four minutes into the game, IF Team Hudik opened the scoring with a goal from Malin Jonsson. Elsa Johansson quickly followed up with the team’s second goal just a minute later. IF Team Hudik showed early on that they wanted to win and kept pressing on. After 38 minutes, Malin Jonsson found herself in the penalty area and scored her second goal of the evening. IF Team Hudik managed to secure a comfortable 3-0 lead before halftime.
In the second half, Ope IF made substitutions, but it was Victoria Forss who extended IF Team Hudik's lead to 4-0 after 55 minutes. Ope IF didn't give up and managed to score their first goal of the evening through Emma Sandström after 58 minutes. However, IF Team Hudik was completely dominant, and Caroline Andersson scored her first goal of the evening in the 67th minute, bringing the score to 5-1. Despite Ope IF bringing in several new players, it was IF Team Hudik who finished the match with Sandra Frank's goal in the 90+2 minute, leading to a resounding 6-1 victory.
After the match, it became clear that IF Team Hudik sits in 12th place in the table, while Ope IF is at the bottom of the standings. It was an entertaining match, with both teams giving it their all, but it was IF Team Hudik who ultimately secured the biggest victory of the season so far.
