The match started intensely and already in the 15th minute, Stenungsunds IF took the lead through Evelina Persson. However, Sils IF quickly responded and equalized through Mill Eriksen in the 31st minute. Before halftime, Sils IF also took the lead with a goal from Julia Bryngelfors in the 42nd minute.

But Stenungsunds IF had more to offer, and Magdalena Cruz Aliaga scored two quick goals in a short span of time, one in the 86th minute and another in injury time in the 90+5th minute, leading to a final score of 6-3 in favor of Stenungsunds IF.
The match was played hard and intensively between the two teams, with several scoring opportunities and heated duels. Referee Martin Larsson maintained a steady hand over the match and had no major controversies to deal with.
After the match, Stenungsunds IF climbed to 9th place in the table while Sils IF remained second to last. However, the attendance was zero, which may have deprived the match of the atmosphere it deserved.
