The match started intensely, and it didn't take long before IK Gauthiod took the lead 1-0 after a goal by Stina Jansson in the fourth minute. However, Rävåsens IK quickly responded and equalized through Viktoria Ström in the 28th minute. Just six minutes later, Rävåsens IK took the lead after a goal by Anna Evans, making it 1-2.
In the 40th minute, Hanna Sahlén from Rävåsens IK received a warning. Before the second half, IK Gauthiod made a substitution, bringing in Anna Andersson in place of Stina Jansson.
