Torsby IF and Qviding FIF met in an intense match at Björnevi on Saturday afternoon in front of an audience of 40 people. Referee Sofie Posner and her assistants Nikola Šarenac and Linus Gräsberg kept an eye on the game as it kicked off.
It was Torsby IF that took the lead in the fourth minute through Elin Hedin. Bianca Jonsson Östlund then extended Torsby's lead to 2-0 in the 21st minute.
In the 26th minute, Torsby's Linn Pettersson received a warning before she was substituted for Elin Berggren in the 41st minute. However, Qviding FIF did not back down and reduced the score to 2-1 through Amna Lihovic in the 42nd minute.
In the second half, Qviding FIF tried to increase the pressure and made three substitutions, bringing in Elin Fahlgren, Olivia Holmström, and Ulrika Bredin for Linda Johansson, Axelia Hansson, and Victoria Uppman in the 60th minute.
Torsby IF quickly responded when Amanda Westlund headed in a goal in the 68th minute, extending Torsby's lead to 3-1. Gliddel Zapanta from Qviding FIF then received a warning in the 68th minute.
Qviding FIF fought on and reduced the score to 3-2 with a penalty kick from Amna Lihovic in the 76th minute. But Torsby IF replied again when Maja Johnsson scored their fourth goal in the 79th minute.
Torsby IF's Hedvig Pettersson was substituted for Maja Sundkvist in the 82nd minute. Olivia Holmström then scored Qviding FIF's third goal in the 87th minute, but it wasn't enough to equalize. The match ended 4-3 in favor of Torsby IF after a well-played match by both teams.
