It was an important match at the bottom of Division 1 Norra as IK Frej welcomed Hammarby TFF to Vikingavallen/Täby IP 2 in front of 325 spectators. IK Frej was at the bottom of the table, while Hammarby TFF was second to last before the match.
Just 6 minutes into the game, IK Frej took the lead through Joakim Blomkvist, and just a few minutes later, they increased their lead to 2-0 thanks to Niklas Thor. Hammarby TFF struggled to get into the match, and Robin Tranberg picked up a yellow card after 20 minutes.
