The match between Hammarby TFF and Syrianska IF Kerburan began with an intense first half where the home team dominated the game. Modaser Zekria from Hammarby also got his second yellow card and was sent off late in the match. Hammarby secured a convincing victory with a score of 7-2, thus finishing the season strongly, while Syrianska IF Kerburan failed to catch up and ended up in 9th place in the table.
