In front of an audience of 287 people, referee Fredrik Hansson blew the whistle to start the match at 7:00 PM on Monday evening. However, it was the visiting team that came out strongest, and just four minutes in, Mathias Karelius scored the opening goal for Sollentuna FF. Just five minutes later, Brwa Pishdari increased the lead to 2-0, which appeared to be a comfortable advantage for the away team.

But Akropolis IF did not give up and continued to fight, and in the 19th minute, they were rewarded when Nikola Vasic reduced the score to 1-2. Later in the half, Akropolis pushed hard for an equalizer, and in the 31st minute, Alagi Sosseh delivered it when he scored to make it 2-2. Before halftime, Sollentuna's Kalle Ramsell received a yellow card, and both teams made one substitution each.

In the second half, Akropolis continued where they had left off, and just two minutes into the half, Nikola Vasic scored his second goal of the day, which also became the highlight of the evening as he unleashed a powerful shot from over 20 meters out. Sollentuna tried to respond, but Akropolis' defense held tight and shut down Sollentuna's attacking play. Instead, it was Akropolis who continued to push forward, and in the 77th minute, Vasic scored his third goal of the day, completing his hat trick. With the match settled, Sollentuna's Axel Wiorek received a yellow card, and Akropolis made another substitution before the referee blew the final whistle.
