Tierps IF started the match strongly and already after three minutes Lisa Hägglund scored the first goal, which gave the team an early lead. Tierps continued to dominate the match and in the 13th minute Emily Dowd extended the lead to 2-0. Just four minutes later Lisa Hägglund scored her second goal of the day and Tierps suddenly had a 3-0 lead.

Gustafs GoIF fought to get back into the match and in the 48th minute Tyra Kajgård managed to reduce the score to 3-1. Despite continued pressure from Gustafs, Tierps managed to resist and as the match drew to a close, Isabel Holmgren scored the 3-2 goal for Gustafs.

The match ended 3-2 to Tierps IF and the team was thus able to secure three points and advance in the table to place 4. Despite the loss, Gustafs GoIF showed proof of a strong fighting effort and is now in place 7 in the table. Referee Louise Wisting officiated the match in a professional manner and kept the game in check throughout the match. An exciting match at Länsförsäkringar Arena, even if the crowd was not there to see it.
