On Saturday afternoon, Avesta AIK and Rimbo IF faced off at Avestavallen Artificial Turf in front of an engaged crowd of 95 spectators. Referee Joel Söderlund officiated the match along with assistant referees Maja Öhrnberg and Anna Nyberg.

The match started evenly, but it was Rimbo IF that took the lead in the 39th minute through Michaela Johansson. Before halftime, they managed to extend their lead to 2-0, again thanks to Johansson.

In the second half, Johansson showcased her scoring ability further by netting a hat-trick and making it 0-3 for Rimbo IF in the 61st minute. Avesta AIK attempted to fight back and reduced the score to 1-3 with a goal from Ella Wigert in the 66th minute.

However, Rimbo IF continued to apply pressure, and in the 88th minute, Matilda Ullström scored to make it 1-4, thus securing the final result.

It was a strong performance by Rimbo IF, who took a convincing victory and three points home from Avesta. Avesta AIK will instead look ahead and prepare for their next match in Division 1 Norra Svealand.
