Assi IF showed early in the match which team was stronger as they took the lead already in the 5th minute. Johanna Andersson managed to put the ball behind Själevads' goalkeeper and gave her team an early advantage. Just a few minutes later, Assi IF increased their lead when Moa Öhman scored to make it 2-0.

In the 37th minute, Johanna Engvall from Själevads IK received a warning, which did not make the situation easier for the home team. Despite this, Själevads IK fought on, and in the 68th minute, Mathilda Byström managed to reduce the deficit and give her team new energy.

After several substitutions from both teams, it was Assi IF who managed to drive the final nail into the coffin. Fernanda Da Silva scored in the 85th minute, sealing the final score at 1-3 in favor of Assi IF.
