It was a sunny Saturday afternoon at Jämtkraft Arena when IFK Östersund faced Infjärdens SK in Division 1 Norrland for women. Infjärdens SK made an early substitution as Vilja Engström replaced Sanna Karlsson. However, this did not help the team, as IFK Östersund got going and Angelica Häreby scored her fifth and sixth goals of the season, giving the team a comfortable 2-0 lead.

Infjärdens SK made two substitutions at halftime, but that did not help either. Karolina Heidenborn scored IFK Östersund's third goal of the season after 83 minutes, extending the lead to 3-0. With just a few minutes left in the match, Anna Jonsson scored the fourth and final goal for IFK Östersund. Infjärdens SK tried to make a couple of substitutions and bring in Edit Sällström, but it was too late. The match ended 4-0 in favor of IFK Östersund.

A well-deserved victory for IFK Östersund, who played an outstanding match in front of their 50 spectators. Referee Anna-Linnéa Löfgren maintained a very good standard for the match, dominating the game with assistance from Mostafa Sadeghi and Hajar Waleed Mohammed Goran. We look forward to seeing both teams play again in Division 1 Norrland.
