It was an outstanding evening for Växjö DFF as they hosted Lörby IF at Visma Arena. Already in the 14th minute, Mathilda Hasselgren Larsson opened the scoring for the home team, making it 1-0. Just four minutes later, Erika Elg Viktor extended the lead to 2-0, and Växjö DFF was very much on the attack this evening.

Sara Wiman increased the lead to 3-0 in the 24th minute, and Lörby IF struggled to keep up with the play. Erika Elg Viktor continued her scoring spree, adding both the 4-0 and 5-0 before halftime.

At halftime, Lörby IF made some substitutions to try to change the course of the match, but Växjö DFF continued to dominate. Sara Wiman scored her second goal of the evening in the 56th minute, and Erika Elg Viktor completed her hat trick in the 82nd minute.

The match ended 7-0 in favor of Växjö DFF, and the atmosphere was at its peak among the home fans. A big congratulations to Växjö DFF for their convincing victory, and Lörby IF will look for redemption next time.
