It was an exciting match between IS Halmia and Eskilsminne IF at Halmstad Arena P1 on Saturday afternoon. 126 spectators made their way to the arena to watch the match in Division 1 Södra for women. Referee Damir Pezer, assisted by linesmen Oliver Håkansson and Diaa Almughrabi, had a tough job keeping track of the game.

Eskilsminne IF took the lead just six minutes into the match with a goal from Alma Bertilsson. However, IS Halmia was not content with that and fought for an equalizer. It took until the twenty-first minute for Céline Gysenius to successfully put the ball in the net for IS Halmia.

Only six minutes later, Ida Axeldal scored a goal that gave IS Halmia the lead. But Eskilsminne IF was not defeated yet. In the twenty-first minute, Ellen Roslund scored a beautiful goal that leveled the score again.

IS Halmia's Elin Sjöström received a yellow card and was forced to be substituted at halftime. Instead, Alicia Hansson came on and had the honor of playing the second half.

Just seven minutes into the second half, IS Halmia managed to score yet another goal through a nice play by Céline Gysenius. Eskilsminne IF desperately tried to come back but without success. Instead, IS Halmia scored their fourth and final goal through Gysenius again, who became the match's great hero.

Eskilsminne IF tried to score to regain the lead but were unsuccessful. Instead, they substituted Elsa Isaksson for Maja Strömberg and Julia Lennartsson for Lovisa Ohlander in the fifty-fifth minute. Other substitutions occurred on both sides during the second half.

The match ended after ninety minutes of play, and IS Halmia took home the victory with a score of 4-2. Céline Gysenius scored two goals and was named the player of the match. Eskilsminne IF will have to continue fighting for a win next time.
