On a sunny Sunday afternoon, Onsala BK and Halmstads BK met at Rydets IP A artificial turf in front of a vacant stand. It was an exciting match with a high tempo and many chances for both sides.
The first goal came after just 32 minutes, and it was Halmstads BK who scored it. Elsa Karlsson made a fine header and sent the ball behind Onsala's goalkeeper. Just two minutes later, Halmstad increased their lead to 2–0 with a stylish shot from Sanna Karlsson.
Onsala fought back and reduced the score to 2–1 after 37 minutes when Felicia Torstensson found the net. The second half continued at the same high pace as the first, but despite several dangerous chances, both teams held their ground until the final whistle.
Onsala received a warning in the 58th minute when Lisa Furéh tackled too hard in duels. In the 65th minute, Onsala made their first substitution as Ida Cederberg replaced Elina Lambro.
Halmstad made their first substitution in the 68th minute when Thea Staffansson came on for Lisa Herrlin. Just two minutes later, Meja Staffansson received a warning after a tough challenge against Onsala.
Onsala received two warnings in the 74th minute, first for Ida Strömblad and then for Sara Agardsson. Halmstad also received a warning when Lovisa Brogren fouled an opponent.
In the 79th minute, Onsala made two substitutions: Sara Agardsson replaced Ellinor Jonsson, and Klara Kindblom replaced Sandra Johannesson. Halmstad also made two substitutions at the same time, as Saga Klasson came on for Sanna Karlsson and Ebba Hellgren replaced Nicolina Svensson.
The match ended 2–1 in favor of Halmstad, who delivered a strong performance and managed to hold on despite Onsala's strong finish. Referee David Weber did an excellent job along with assistant referees Jetmir Ramadani and Slavisa Stijepic.
