IFK Värnamo impressed away from home as they defeated Mariebo IK 2-0 at Stadsparksvallen in Jönköping in a match played on Sunday afternoon in front of a crowd of 175 spectators.

Mariebo IK brought on Elin Bergström at halftime, but even so, the team did not become more dangerous in their attacking play. Instead, it was IFK Värnamo that had the majority of possession and created several dangerous goal-scoring opportunities.
