Early in the second half, Glimåkra took the lead through Erika Martinsson, but Stattena responded once again quickly, and Josefine Norstedt equalized to make it 2-2. However, Glimåkra did not back down, and in the 56th minute, Melissa Dahlberg scored to make it 3-2 for the home team.

Stattena tried to come back, but Glimåkra held their ground, and in the 74th minute, Sarah Martinsson made it 4-2 for Glimåkra. Despite several substitutions from both teams, Glimåkra continued to dominate, and in the final minutes, Olivia Johansson scored to make it 5-2, securing victory for her team.

Referee Cecilia Björk then blew the whistle, and Glimåkra IF could celebrate three important points in their pursuit of the league title. Stattena IF left the pitch disappointed after a heavy defeat.
