Stattena IF and Eskilsminne DIF met in an exciting match at Olympia in Helsingborg in front of a crowd of 176 people. The referee Hajrudin Aljic kept the pace with the assistance of Drilon Berisha and Besnik Sahiti.
Already after three minutes the home team took the lead through Josefine Norstedt, but Eskilsminne DIF equalized just eleven minutes later through Caroline Kristensen. Linnéa Tapper and Lina Jepsen each received a yellow card in the first half, before Kristensen scored her second goal of the night to give Eskilsminne a 2-1 lead just before half-time.
Eskilsminne replaced Linn Strömberg with Lovisa Pigg at the break, but it was Stattena who took control of the game in the second half. Stephanie Petersson equalized to 2-2 through a corner goal after an hour of play. Emma Ernst was substituted for Stattena and Ellen Pigg for Eskilsminne in search of a decisive goal.
Josefine Norberg and Jennifer Andersson each picked up a caution before Sanna Nilsson scored her second goal of the night to give Stattena the lead with just two minutes of normal time remaining. Mia Bengtsson had to step in to keep the lead, and the match ended 3-2 to Stattena IF after an intense second half.
