Hammenhögs IF secured a convincing victory over Lörby IF on Saturday afternoon at Hamondavallen A-plan in front of a crowd of 125 spectators. The match, which was part of Division 1 Södra Götaland for women, ended 4-0 in favor of Hammenhögs IF.

It was the home team that took the lead already after eight minutes when Sofia Anker-Kofoed scored the first goal. Anker-Kofoed continued to be in form and doubled Hammenhög's lead in the 25th minute.

Sara Strömberg of Hammenhögs IF received a yellow card in the 40th minute before Josefine Rydle extended the lead to 3-0 just four minutes later.

In the second half, Hammenhögs continued their dominance, and Maria Rix scored the fourth goal in the 64th minute.

After the goal, both teams made some substitutions and tried to change the dynamics of the game, but neither team was able to score any further goals. The match ended 4-0 to Hammenhögs IF, who thus took three important points in their pursuit of the league title.
