Motala AIF FK made a strong comeback in the match against Norrby IF at Borås Arena. Richard Yarsuvat gave Norrby an early lead, but Ibrahim Alushaj quickly equalized for Motala. Marc Axengren received a yellow card for Norrby, and Elmin Kurbegovic then made it 2-1 for Norrby before halftime.

Ibrahim Alushaj scored his second goal of the match and equalized again for Motala after the break. Then it was Alushaj's night, as he scored his third goal and completed a hat trick for Motala. Liridon Silka then increased the score to 4-2 for the away team.

Norrby tried to make substitutions in an attempt to secure at least one point, but it was Motala AIF FK that had control of the match. Yellow cards were handed out to Hassan Najafi and Elmin Kurbegovic for Norrby, as well as to Vaughn Miller and Martin Ekström for Motala.

At the end of the match, Norrby's coach Tobias Edenvik was sent off, and Elmin Kurbegovic also received a yellow card. Marcus Haglind Sangré came on for Ibrahim Alushaj in Motala's final substitution. In the end, Motala AIF FK won 4-2 away and secured three important points in Division 1 Södra.
