It was a sunny Saturday afternoon at the Old Sports Ground when Kristianstads FF faced IFK Uddevalla in an exciting match in Division 1 South. In front of a crowd of 329, referee Fredrik Klitte blew the whistle to start the match.
It didn't take long before the home team took the lead through Christoffer Ekelund, who scored already in the 6th minute. However, IFK Uddevalla showed they weren't going to back down easily, equalizing in the 23rd minute with a goal from Daniel Vilhelmsson.
But Kristianstads FF responded quickly and regained the lead in the 34th minute when Andréas Grahm made it 2-1. Just before halftime, Joel Nilsson received a yellow card, but the home team still went into the break with a slim lead.
In the second half, Kristianstads FF continued to press forward, and Armin Aganovic extended the lead to 3-1 in the 53rd minute with a penalty kick. Despite several yellow cards for both teams, neither side was able to score again.
IFK Uddevalla tried to make a last desperate effort by making several substitutions, but Kristianstads FF held firm at the back and ultimately secured the victory with a score of 3-1. It was an important win that earned the team three points in their quest for a higher position in the table.
