With a sharp start, they quickly took the lead with a goal from David Leinar in the 14th minute. Not long after, in the 29th minute, they extended their lead with another goal from Daniel Paulson. Örgryte IS displayed a confident and strong playing style that was difficult for FC Trollhättan to counter.
