Örgryte IS started strong and took the lead already in the sixth minute through Niklas Klingberg. Qviding FIF responded quickly with two goals in the 18th and 25th minutes, through Nicolas Sandberg and Shkelqim Krasniqi, giving them a 2-1 lead.

However, Örgryte IS fought back and equalized through Niklas Klingberg in the 30th minute. Björn Anklev then scored the 3-2 goal for Örgryte IS in the 57th minute. George Mourad then extended the lead to 4-2 in the 78th minute.

Örgryte IS put the final nail in the coffin through William Atashkadeh, who scored the 5-2 goal in the 86th minute. The last minute of the match became dramatic when Qviding FIF had a player sent off, Arash Bayat, and Örgryte IS player William Atashkadeh received a yellow card.

The match ended 2-5 in favor of Örgryte IS, which means they take home three important points in the chase for a higher table position. Qviding FIF will have to go back to the drawing board and analyze their performance ahead of the next match.
