Örgryte IS secured a convincing victory on home soil against Eskilsminne IF on Sunday. The match was played at Gamla Ullevi, in front of an audience of 1,409 people.

It took just four minutes for Örgryte to take the lead when Sebastian Ohlsson scored. Niklas Klingberg then doubled the lead to 2-0 in the 19th minute after a fine through ball from Ohlsson.

Ohlsson received a yellow card in the 33rd minute, and Eskilsminne tried to regain control of the match but to no avail – instead, Klingberg added to his tally in the 50th minute by finding the net again.

Robin Book was cautioned for the away team in the 51st minute, but it was Emil Åberg who managed to score the only goal for Eskilsminne following a nice setup from his teammates.

George Mourad and Fredrik Björk received yellow cards for Örgryte, while Filip Ottosson and Victor Wahlgren did the same for the visiting team. Eskilsminne made two substitutions, and Örgryte replaced Klingberg with Jakob Lindström in the 79th minute.

Despite a tense atmosphere during the match, it was Örgryte that continued to dominate, with William Atashkadeh scoring the fourth and final goal for the home side in the 89th minute.

The match ended 4-1 in favor of Örgryte IS, strengthening their position in Division 1 Södra. Referee Ozan Camlibel and assistant referees Per Rehnlund and Victor Jensen did an excellent job.
