On a sunny Monday evening, FC Trollhättan and Qviding FIF met at Edsborgs IP A-plan in front of an audience of 1,243 people. Referee Farouk Nehdi and his assistants Johan Kristoffersson and Marcus Lundgren Klitte were ready to officiate the match in Division 1 Södra, men's league.

The match started with an early goal from Qviding FIF when Robin Örtendahl found the net after 30 minutes of play. However, FC Trollhättan quickly responded when Robert Bagger managed to score after 40 minutes, leveling the score at 1-1. Fredrik Sundström received a warning from the referee after committing a rough tackle, but just before halftime, he redeemed himself by putting the ball in the top corner following a nice setup from the team, giving FC Trollhättan a 2-1 lead at the break.

Shortly after the halftime break, Robert Bagger extended FC Trollhättan's lead with a quick goal, marking his second goal of the day. Qviding FIF was not as effective in their attempts to regain control of the match and began to struggle in their play. Oliver Stanisic from Qviding FIF received a caution after committing a tough tackle. Gustav Hedlund and Jesper Jörnvik were substituted in for Alhagi-Malik Koné and Anton Olsson for Qviding FIF, while Robin Rundström replaced Kenan Mehovic for FC Trollhättan after an hour of play.

Qviding FIF's coach, Joakim Alexandersson, tried to substitute Besim Alimi in for Joakim Olausson, but the result was not as planned. FC Trollhättan continued to apply pressure on Qviding FIF, who struggled against the odds and had to bring in several other players in hopes of turning the match around. FC Trollhättan maintained their dominance with solid play, and Josef Daoud was substituted for Paul Khajo with thirteen minutes remaining in the match.

Jesper Brandt from Qviding FIF received his second warning of the day, and Oscar Ehner replaced Carl Lext for FC Trollhättan after 83 minutes. Despite persistent efforts from Qviding FIF, FC Trollhättan was too strong and ultimately won the match 3-1. The match was a disappointment for Qviding FIF, who sit at the bottom of the table, while FC Trollhättan strengthened their position in twelfth place.
