Ängelholms FF secured a well-deserved victory at home as they defeated Åtvidabergs FF 2-1 in Division 1 Södra.

It was Ängelholm's Andreas Karlsson who opened the scoring in the tenth minute with a nice finish past the Åtvidaberg goalkeeper. However, the visitors fought their way back and equalized with a penalty kick taken by Dardan Mustafa in the 31st minute.

After a balanced start to the second half, it was Ängelholm's Oliver Stojanovic Fredin who scored the free-kick goal that would prove to be decisive in the 80th minute.
