It was a sunny Saturday afternoon at Gutavallen when P18 IK faced DFK Värmbol in an exciting match in Division 1 Södra Svealand. The 75 spectators present were there to cheer on their favorite teams.
The match started intensely, and just 10 minutes in, P18 IK took the lead with a goal from Alma Nygren. Only eight minutes later, Nygren increased her tally, and P18 IK led 2-0.
In the 44th minute, DFK Värmbol made their first substitution, bringing on Ellen Erlandsson for Ebba Sjögren. Despite this, P18 IK continued to dominate, and in the 64th minute, Mimmi Engström made it 3-0.
Shortly thereafter, in the 68th minute, P18 IK were awarded a penalty, which Alice Salomonsson converted expertly, extending the lead to 4-0.
After an intense second half where P18 IK maintained a steady grip on the match, DFK Värmbol finally got a consolation goal in the 81st minute from Fanny Holm.
However, it was P18 IK that finished the match strongest. In the 90th minute, Pauline Mårtensson scored to make it 5-1 with a header, and shortly after, Alma Nygren completed her hat trick, setting the final score at 6-1. The match concluded with a yellow card for Mårtensson.
P18 IK showcased impressive play resulting in a commanding victory over DFK Värmbol at home. It was a thoroughly entertaining match for the spectators at Gutavallen.
