Älvsjö AIK FF showcased a wonderful fluid play as the match between them and P18 IK kicked off at Gutavallen. The crowd pressure was not the highest with just 120 people, but the atmosphere was at its peak. The ball rolled at a high tempo, and it didn't take long before the visiting team, Älvsjö, took the lead 1-0 in the 25th minute.
The goalscorer was Malin Eriksson, and just three minutes later, it was time again. Älvsjö AIK FF extended their lead to 2-0 with a beautiful goal from Sara Tessem. P18 IK tried to get back into the game, but instead, Pauline Mårtensson received a yellow card in the 39th minute.
In the second half, it looked set to be a repeat of the first, but in the 49th minute, P18 IK got a glimmer of hope. Tove Sandelin provided them with a consolation goal with her beautiful strike, and the fans cheered loudly from the stands.
But it wasn't enough for the home team. In the 64th minute, Älvsjö AIK FF made it 3-1 when Jennifer Sjösten scored from a penalty. Two minutes later, Evelina Ihl was ready to come on for Älvsjö, while Naomi Okhiria left the field.
On P18's side, 19-year-old Ellen Bäckström was substituted in the 81st minute, but unfortunately for the home team, no more goals came. Älvsjö AIK FF took three points back to Stockholm while P18 IK would look for revenge in their next match. The final score was 1-3, a result that satisfied the visiting fans who celebrated in the stands.
