Skurups AIF and Eskilsminne DIF faced off at Skurups IP A-plan in an intense and high-scoring match in Division 1 Västra Götaland for women. The match started strong for the home team when Johanna Rydén scored 1-0 already in the seventh minute. Skurups continued to press and extended their lead to 2-0 through My Malmborg in the 23rd minute.

However, Eskilsminne quickly bounced back and reduced the deficit with a goal from Josefine Norberg in the 31st minute. Linnéa Rundqvist then managed to equalize for the visiting team with a beautiful strike in the 36th minute. The match was now as exciting as it was high-scoring.

Eskilsminne, however, did not give up and fought their way back into the match. In the 87th minute, they equalized once again, this time through Linnéa Rundqvist, who completed her hat trick and secured a point for her team.

The match was intense right to the end, and even though Skurups tried to push for a winning goal, the final score stood at 3-3 on the scoreboard. It was an exciting and entertaining match that showcased the fighting spirit and talent of both teams.
