It was an exciting match between Valinge IF and Nittorps IK at Valinge IP on Friday evening. Despite there being no audience present, the teams provided an entertaining event.
Just three minutes in, the home team took the lead through Camilla Otterdahl, but Nittorps IK responded before the halftime break with a goal from Klara Lindberg, leveling the score to 1-1. Immediately after the break, Valinge regained the lead with Otterdahl's second goal of the match.
After an intense second half where both teams displayed their skills, it was Nittorps IK that took control and turned the game around. Linnea Axengren and once again Klara Lindberg scored for the away team, putting pressure on Valinge IF.
However, Valinge did not give up, and in the 83rd minute, they equalized with a well-taken penalty goal from My Arwlén. Unfortunately for the home team, Nittorps IK managed to score a final goal in the 87th minute through Julia Axengren, securing the victory with a score of 3-4.
A well-played match by both teams, where Nittorps IK showed their fighting spirit and turned a deficit into a win. Valinge IF fought until the end but it wasn't enough this time. Referee Sadik Hajdari maintained a good standard throughout the match and coordinated well with assistants Malin Karlsson and Viktor Åkesson. A thrilling and well-executed match that will surely be discussed for many days to come.
