FC Djursholm sent Gamla Upsala SK 2 to a tough defeat when they met on Sunday evening at Lötens IP Artificial Grass. FC Djursholm, who leads Division 2 Mellersta Svealand for women, immediately showed why they are a top team by taking the lead early in the match through Charlotte Luhr (14').

Gamla Upsala tried to fight back but couldn't quite find their footing. Instead, FC Djursholm increased their lead with another goal before halftime, this time from a brilliant shot by Alva Rolf (36').

In the second half, Gamla Upsala SK 2 couldn't get back into the match. FC Djursholm continued to dominate and easily added several more goals. Charlotte Luhr scored both her second (69') and third (72') goals, and Beata Sundling contributed with two goals of her own (65', 89').

At the end of the match, FC Djursholm's Julia Boman also received a yellow card (91'), but it made no difference to the final result. The match ended 0-6 in favor of FC Djursholm, who maintain their lead in the table while Gamla Upsala SK 2 sits in 8th place.
