The match between Ytterby IS and IK Zenith at Ytterns IP 1 Grass started on Friday evening in front of a crowd of 65 spectators. Referee Roman Gaydur officiated, assisted by Adam Granquist and Muhammet Haluk Kanat.

Already in the 9th minute, IK Zenith took the lead through Sara Baldebo, but Ytterby IS quickly replied with a goal from Wilma Axelsson in the 16th minute. The play was even, and both teams fought to score. A penalty awarded to IK Zenith allowed them to regain the lead, this time through Sara Aronsson in the 30th minute.

Julia Cederberg equalized for Ytterby IS just before halftime, but in the second half, IK Zenith pulled ahead with two quick goals from Karin Andersson and Sandra Mannerstråle in the 59th and 66th minutes.

Sandra Mannerstråle scored her second goal of the day in the 73rd minute, giving IK Zenith a 5-2 lead. Despite a late goal by Ytterby IS from Hannah Henriksson in the 88th minute, the team was unable to catch up.

The match concluded with a yellow card to Karin Andersson from IK Zenith in the 93rd minute. IK Zenith secured an impressive victory with a score of 5-3, continuing to dominate in Division 2 Nordvästra Götaland for women.
