Match report: Sils IF had a tough time against Råda BK in Division 2 Nordvästra Götaland when they met on Saturday afternoon at Silbohof A-field in front of an audience of zero. Råda BK started strong and took the lead through Sandra Lagerbratt after 43 minutes with a header. Lagerbratt continued her performance in the second half, doubling the lead to 0-2 after 60 minutes, again with a header that put Sils IF under considerable pressure.

Sils IF then tried to make a comeback and managed to reduce the deficit through Hilda Waldefeldt in the 64th minute, giving them a chance to level the match. However, it was Råda BK’s day as they remained focused and tightened their defense after the reduction. Råda BK’s Caroline Berling and Elin Freij received yellow cards after 66 minutes, which initially became a slight distraction for Råda BK.

Sils IF had a penalty opportunity to equalize the match, but their Sara Ekström missed an attempt that was saved by Råda BK’s goalkeeper, allowing Råda BK to maintain their lead.
