It was a sunny Saturday afternoon when Götene IF hosted Örebro SK Youth at Västerby IP A-plan in front of an audience of 204 people. Referee Andreas Ekholm and his assistant referees Emir Bosno and Mattias Furbo were ready for the match.

Örebro SK Youth took command from the start, and already in the 12th minute, Fedja Jelecak scored to make it 0-1. Adam Botvidsson then extended the lead to 0-2 in the 21st minute. However, Götene IF managed to reduce the deficit with a corner goal by Filip Andersson in the 36th minute, making it 1-2 at halftime.

In the second half, the goals continued to come. Björn Källgren equalized to 2-2 for Götene IF in the 49th minute, but Örebro SK Youth responded immediately with Muamer Sepic scoring 2-3 in the 51st minute. Fedja Jelecak then increased the score to 2-4 in the 60th minute before Adam Botvidsson found the net again, sealing the final score at 2-5 in the 67th minute.

Despite some chances from both teams, no further goals were scored in the match. Götene IF tried to substitute in new players to spark a comeback, but Örebro SK Youth held on and secured a convincing victory.
