IFK Skövde FK celebrated a surprising 5-2 victory over Vänersborgs FK in Division 2 Norra Götaland on Saturday evening at Södermalms IP in front of 61 spectators. The match started slowly, with both teams struggling to create chances, but after a strong performance from the home team, Jacob Noor Eliasson made way for Amer Ibrahimovic in the 16th minute, followed by Robin Jansson from Vänersborgs FK receiving a yellow card in the 29th minute.

It was IFK Skövde who gained possession and took the lead in the 42nd minute when Jacob Noor Eliasson received a warning, followed by two more yellow cards for Arnes Cabric Alicic and Tom Cengiz in the 50th and 51st minutes.

The final score was a triumph for the home team, 5-2, as IFK Skövde FK climbed up from the bottom of the table and advanced closer to the middle, while Vänersborgs FK placed eighth in the standings.
