It was an intense match between Vänersborgs FK and Vårgårda IK at Vänersvallen Nord artificial turf. Despite the rain and wind on Saturday afternoon, 50 brave supporters gathered to cheer for their teams. Referee Admir Hasanbegovic held the reins, and the match started with an early goal for Vårgårda IK, with Benjamin Hacker providing the Finnish touch and giving his team the lead.

However, Vänersborgs FK quickly responded and equalized through Andelo Vekic, which sparked the home team. Vårgårda IK, however, did not settle for that and regained the lead through Samuel Nordqvist before halftime.

In the second half, Vänersborgs FK showed great fighting spirit as Paul Khajo stepped up and equalized to make it 2-2 early in the half. But Vårgårda IK had other plans, and Dana Barzengi managed to score, putting his team in the lead again.

The match became a real nail-biter when Ismael Fonjah headed in an equalizing goal for Vänersborgs FK in the 84th minute, which also became the final score of 3-3. Both teams worked hard but could not decide the match, despite several chances on both sides.

After a nerve-wracking game where both teams showed their fighting spirit and will to win, they shared the points. It was an exciting event for the cold supporters in the stands who got to witness a high-scoring match in Division 2 Norra Götaland.
