Sävedalens IF secured an important victory as they defeated Torslanda IK 4-1 away in Division 2 Norra Götaland. The match started strongly for the visiting team, and already in the 18th minute, Anton Nilsson took the lead for Sävedalen with a penalty. Just a few minutes later, Anton Salihu doubled the lead with a nice header.

Torslanda IK tried to come back into the match and were rewarded with a hopeful reduction through an own goal in the 41st minute. However, it would turn out to be too little for the home team as Salifu Manneh extended Sävedalen's lead with a goal just a few minutes into the second half.

Sävedalen continued to control the match, and even though Torslanda tried to fight their way back into the game, they were unable to really threaten the visitors. Derrick Ddungu put the final nail in the coffin with a goal in the 94th minute, thus sealing the final score at 4-1 in favor of Sävedalens IF.

With this win, Sävedalens IF climbs the table while Torslanda IK is forced to continue struggling at the bottom of the league. It was a night that definitely belonged to Sävedalens IF and their fans who had traveled to support the team on-site.
