Sävedalens IF managed to secure an important away victory when they faced IK Gauthiod at Lunnevi IP A-plan in Division 2 Norra Götaland on Saturday afternoon. The match was exciting from start to finish and ultimately ended with a score of 1-2 in favor of Sävedalens.

It was Sävedalens IF who first took the lead when Anton Nilsson scored in the 36th minute. However, IK Gauthiod would soon equalize, as Emil Svensson netted a goal for his team in the 48th minute. The atmosphere on the field was intense, with both teams eager to take the lead.

Sävedalens IF then went on to score the decisive goal when Anton Salihu found the back of the net in the 74th minute. Despite IK Gauthiod doing everything they could in the closing moments of the match, they failed to find an equalizer.
