IF Karlstad Football Development snatched the victory in a dramatic match against Stenungsunds IF at Bästkustställningar Arena. The match started with an early goal from the visitors when Vilgot Falknäs sent the ball behind the home team's goalkeeper in the 23rd minute, giving IF Karlstad Football Development a 0-1 lead.

Stenungsunds IF created several chances towards the end of the first half, and when they finally got rewarded with a goal from Linus Andersson in the 40th minute, it was only fair that the score was tied 1-1 at halftime.

While Stenungsunds IF fought to maintain the lead, the goalscorer Vilgot Falknäs was substituted out for IF Karlstad Football Development, which turned out to be a smart tactic. Samuel Nielsen scored the equalizer in the 75th minute after a nice pass from Chedi Fatnassi.

Stenungsunds IF did everything they could to regain the lead, but it was instead IF Karlstad Football Development's Govand Haidar who netted the winning goal in the 88th minute. Stenungsunds IF tried time and again but failed to find an equalizer, and therefore IF Karlstad Football Development won the match 2-3.
