Ahlafors IF and Nordvärmland FF faced off on Thursday evening at Svenska Stenhus Arena 1 Grass in front of an audience of 297 people. The referee for the match was Martin Thorén, assisted by Adrian Hossieni and Morvarid Mohammadi.

It was Ahlafors who opened the scoring just three minutes in when Robin Clason put the ball in the net, giving the home team a 1-0 lead. However, Nordvärmland quickly equalized when Nenad Vukoicic converted a penalty following a feather-light decision from Martin Thorén.

Ahlafors did not want to give up their lead and regained it through Cornelis Leckborn's header in the seventeenth minute. Leckborn would also net his second goal of the match with a beautiful volley, putting Ahlafors ahead 3-1, a lead that would hold until halftime.

Niklas Tidstrand, coach of Ahlafors, found himself in the referee's book in the 66th minute, followed by two bookings for Samuel Edlund of Ahlafors and Anastasijs Mordatenko of Nordvärmland. Both teams made several substitutions during the match, but it was Nordvärmland who came closer to scoring when Dawood Bethio Yako found the net in the 92nd minute.
