On a sunny but chilly Monday afternoon, BK Forward and Säffle SK met at Trängen IP Artificial Turf in front of a crowd of 242 people. Erik Nordqvist was the main referee, with Damir Civic and Jesper Hedlund as assistant referees.

The match started at a high tempo from both teams, but it was Säffle SK that first found the net when Fredrik Larsson scored from a rebound, making it 0-1 in the 44th minute.

BK Forward substituted Bilal Fousseni and Hamse Shagaxle in the 62nd minute in an attempt to turn the match around, but despite several dangerous chances, they failed to score.
