Luleå DFC made their entrance at Bussbyvallen and had a strong start to the match against Hägglunds IoFK. Mercy Monday opened the scoring already in the 12th minute, putting Luleå in the lead at 1-0. The second half continued in the same fashion, with Luleå clearly dominating. Anna Asplund scored her second goal of the match in the 60th minute, and Johanna Pettersson extended the lead to 5-0 in the 72nd minute. Eventually, Hägglunds IoFK managed to score a consolation goal when Marielle Nordlander reduced the score to 1-5 in the 77th minute.
In the closing moments of the match, Amanda Johansson from Luleå DFC received a yellow card, but it did not affect the result. The match ended 1-5 in favor of Luleå DFC, who continued to climb the table, while Hägglunds IoFK remained at the bottom of Division 2 Norra Norrland.
