Gamla Upsala SK put on a tough and well-played match at home against Bollnäs GIF FF in Division 2 Norra Svealand, men. In front of a relatively small crowd at Gamlis IP, the home team started strong and scored the first goal in the ninth minute through Anton Pellettieri Hennig from a well-placed free kick.
After the goal, Gamla Upsala continued to be the stronger team and created several dangerous chances, but Bollnäs held on and went into halftime trailing.

However, Bollnäs did not give up, and in the 68th minute, Simon Sigvardsson scored to reduce the deficit for the away team. Despite several chances and hard work from Bollnäs in the latter part of the match, the home team managed to hold on and subsequently secured an important home victory.
The match was not without incidents, as referee Richard Holöien issued several warnings and ultimately sent off Gamla Upsala's Daniel Afewerki after two yellow cards in the final minutes of the match. In the fourth minute of stoppage time, Bollnäs' Hannes Enander also received a caution.
In the end, Gamla Upsala SK defeated Bollnäs GIF FF 2-1 in a match marked by hard play and strong performances from both teams.
