FC Arlanda and IFK Stocksund met at Midgårdsvallen Artificial Grass in a Division 2 Norra Svealand match on Wednesday evening, in front of an audience of 75 people. Referee Suhel Youssef was assisted by linesmen Babak Naghibi and Karo Hovhannisian.
The match started evenly between the teams, but it was IFK Stocksund who took the lead after 33 minutes. Marcus Norrman got the ball in and scored for the visitors.
FC Arlanda then tried to come back into the match, and Fahad Muhammad Hassan received a yellow card after a tough tackle. Just before halftime, Jesper Arvidsson from IFK Stocksund also received a yellow card.
At halftime, IFK Stocksund made one substitution, while FC Arlanda chose to make two. Xavier Espinoza Contreras and Mattias Erlandsson came on for Benjamin Suskic and Mathias Haddad.
After 68 minutes, IFK Stocksund decided to substitute Gustaf Bruzelius for Gabriel Assefa. FC Arlanda made two substitutions with just 13 minutes left in the match, bringing on Christian Sürer and Markus Cornejo for Aliemamy Samura and Lukas Hanusek.
With only five minutes left in the match, Ömür Pektas from IFK Stocksund received a yellow card, followed by Junior Kamana Wa Kamana, who also received a yellow card for a harsh tackle.
Towards the end of the match, FC Arlanda had a final chance to score and finally managed to get the ball in. Fahad Muhammad Hassan netted for the home side, equalizing to 1-1 in stoppage time. IFK Stocksund's Jesper Arvidsson received his second yellow card of the match and was subsequently sent off.
The match ended 1-1, with both teams taking home a point. It was an even match from start to finish that provided an exciting conclusion.
