Match in Division 2 Norrland, men 2013

It was a sunny Sunday afternoon when Mariehem SK hosted Hudiksvalls FF at MSK Arena in front of an audience of zero people. Referee Peter Marksén blew the whistle to start the match, and it would turn out to be a truly goal-rich event.
Already after 12 minutes, the home team took the lead through Zakaria Chennoufi, but Hudiksvalls FF responded quickly when Cristoffer Ericson equalized to 1-1 in the 37th minute. Just before halftime, Fredrik Rahm received a yellow card for Hudiksvalls FF.
At halftime, the visiting team made a substitution, with William Wallin coming on for Thomas Sundberg. However, after the break, the match took on a completely different dynamic, with Hudiksvalls FF continuing to score goals at will. Siksten Kasimir, Viktor Roos (two goals), and Johan Brolin extended the lead to 6-1 before Mariehem SK made a couple of substitutions in an attempt to change the course of the match.
It didn’t help, as Viktor Roos completed his hat trick and scored 1-7 for Hudiksvalls FF. Mariehem SK had two players booked towards the end of the match, and despite a few late substitutions, they couldn’t minimize their loss.
Hudiksvalls FF emerged victorious with a whopping 7-1 away win against Mariehem SK, and Viktor Roos was the standout hero of the match with three goals. An impressive performance by the visiting team, who took home three much-needed points back to Hudiksvall.
