It was an exciting match between Hudiksvalls Förenade FF and Gällivare Malmbergets FF at the Glysis Sparbanken Arena. In front of an audience of 220, Gällivare started strong and took the lead after just six minutes, through Johan Ryngmark. They later increased their lead to 2-0 with a goal from Samir Skrijelj in the 37th minute. It looked like it would be a tough match for the home team, who received a warning when Andreas Persson fouled a Gällivare player in the 40th minute.
However, the tide of the match turned in the second half. After a quick substitution at half-time, where Christoffer Lindberg came on for Kion King, Hudiksvalls Förenade FF tried to fight their way back into the game. They managed to reduce the score to 1-2 thanks to a goal from Cristoffer Ericson in the 49th minute.
After this goal, the home team continued to chase an equalizer, and in the 63rd minute, it was Cihan Sener who succeeded in doing so after a fine setup. Gällivare kept fighting but could not stop the home team from taking control of the game. They also received two warnings, for Jimmy Skog and Tif Kiddu in the 61st and 65th minutes.
In the 83rd minute, Niklas Dahlström was substituted for Johan Brolin, and it turned out to be a successful change. Brolin managed to create several dangerous chances, and finally, he was involved in the decisive goal when Cristoffer Ericson found the net again, this time in the 89th minute.
The match ended 3-2 in favor of Hudiksvalls Förenade FF, which was a significant victory after a challenging first half. Robert Ahlman was a good referee and assistant referees Joel Sundell and Mats Eriksson did a great job on the sidelines.
