Piteå IF FF continued their dominance in Division 2 Norrland when they faced Morön BK at LF Arena on Thursday evening. The heavy favorites took the lead in the 28th minute when Siavash Jamehdar scored. Piteå kept pressing Morön and increased their lead just a few minutes into the second half when Fredrik Johansson scored his first goal in the 49th minute.

Morön attempted to find a way back into the match, but the Piteå players continued to dominate and scored a third goal in the 83rd minute through Ruben Andersson. Morön lost their sixth consecutive match and remains at the bottom of the table.
