Friska Viljor FC hosted Storfors AIK on Saturday at home on Skyttis IP. In front of 139 spectators, the match started, with referee Robin Albertsson blowing the whistle to kick off the game.
The match began evenly, but in the tenth minute, Storfors received a yellow card after a rough tackle on Friska Viljors' Simon Ekman. However, just four minutes later, the home team took the lead through Linus Nordin, who elegantly placed the ball into the net.
After the early goal, Storfors fell back on defense, and in the 30th minute, Friska Viljor was awarded a free kick just outside the penalty area. Nathan David Millis stepped up and sent the ball into the goal, making it 2-0 for the home team.
Towards the end of the first half, Friska Viljor also managed to score their third goal when Albin Svensson rolled the ball into an open goal after a nice assist from William Hansson.
At halftime, Storfors chose to substitute Joakim Hermansson for Lukas Eriksson, but it did little to change the flow of the game. Instead, Friska Viljor received a yellow card when Calle Nordin was cautioned later in the second half.
Friska Viljor continued to dominate the match, and in the 70th minute, they made two substitutions, bringing on Simon Hägglund and Adam Näsmark for William Hansson and Linus Nordin. Storfors also attempted to make substitutions, and in the 74th minute, Kalle Strömbäck and Martin Forssell were brought onto the field for Joel Carlsson and Simon Ekman.
Despite the substitutions, Storfors failed to create any dangerous offensive play, and instead, they substituted Isak Olofsson and Alex Buaim Hansson for Arvid Löfgren and Isak Öhman in the 79th minute. Friska Viljor responded with a substitution of their own, bringing on Rasmus Lötegård Pettersson for Albin Svensson in the 83rd minute.
As the match neared its conclusion, in the 90th minute, Friska Viljor substituted Elias Cederblad for Mikael Norberg. The final score was 3-0 in favor of the home team, and the crowd showed their appreciation by giving Friska Viljor a warm applause as the team left the pitch.
